Information we collect

On this marketing website we collect the information you submit in forms (such as your name, email and message), a first-party attribution cookie that holds an anonymous visitor id and campaign parameters, and, with your consent, analytics data about how the site is used. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use form submissions to respond to you and, if you opt in, to send product updates. We use analytics, only with consent, to understand and improve the site. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms; we do not store card numbers.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and the attribution cookie described above. With your consent we load analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choices anytime from the Cookie settings link in the footer. See our Cookie Notice for details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California and other US states can exercise these rights, including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", by emailing us. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal for analytics.

SMS messaging

Revivanda does not send text messages to your customers on your behalf. If you use our SMS templates, you are the sender and are responsible for consent, opt-out handling, the TCPA and applicable state rules.
